Jim Leigh has 22 years experience in business development strategy, sales, marketing and finance... As a senior executive and licensed contractor with more than 20 years of significant management experience for diverse organizations, Mr. Leigh has applied his leadership skills for the benefit of many dynamic forward looking companies including petroleum giant Clark Refining and Marketing and Multinational retail giant Sears holdings.

Mr. Leigh’s Real estate and property development background coupled with the depth and breadth of his hands on management experience in a variety of disciplines has made him an ideal candidate for the many challenges new and upcoming companies encounter as they work their products and ideas to market.

Mr. Leigh continues to consult and prospect new and diverse project challenges which assist in the introduction and success of companies attempting to become triumphant leaders within their market. Mr. Leigh works closely with companies seeking admission to publicly traded markets both nationally and internationally. Mr. Leigh is the founder and President of Performance Engineering and Consulting LLC located in Michigan. The mission of this firm is improving properties, and additionally consulting in the acquisition and development of commercial and multi-family property development and management. Mr. Leigh founded this firm with limited resources and as a result of his business model has achieved million dollar success in four states including Michigan.

Mr. Leigh holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Northwood University School of Business in Midland, Michigan.

Greg Jaeger is the Managing Director for Corporate Awareness Professionals, Inc. and Small Cap Engine, Inc. His primary responsibilities include client acquisition, retention, and overall client support. He manages the business operations for both Corporate Awareness Professionals, Inc. and Small Cap Engine, Inc. Through research and due-diligence, he seeks companies with extensive growth potential. Greg is responsible for matching the needs of growing companies with appropriate marketing services.

Prior to his career in the small cap public markets, he had spent nine years as a lead business development analyst in the transportation industry. He began his career as a shift manager in retail. Greg attended Michigan State University where he studied Political Science.

Besides being an experienced web designer, Scott brings skillful knowledge of video content creation and distribution for SCE's clientele.

Scott has an extensive education in graphic design, illustration, animation, 3D graphics, and website design from Macomb Community College in Warren, MI.

Richard Silverman has twenty-five years experience in finance, sales/marketing, and business strategy. He recently sold a specialty auto parts distributorship in Miami, FL that he reconstructed from the rubble following Hurricane Andrew in 1992. While running his auto parts business, Mr. Silverman served as a consultant writing business plans, restructuring marketing programs, and assisting companies with funding options. His clients have included a patent holding wireless communications company, a theater lighting company, a tropical fruit processor, and a computer memory device distributor.

Prior to buying his own business, Richard was the Chief Financial Officer of Bolivia’s third largest private mining company. He wrote a business plan requesting funding from the private sector arm of the International Development Bank in Washington DC and negotiated terms with the bank for an expansion of the company’s zinc mining and milling operations. Mr. Silverman served as the Product Manager of the $2 billion Interstate Private Line service for a division of Verizon.

Mr. Silverman holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Operations Research and Statistics, both from Rensselaer in Troy, NY. He also earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Small Cap Engine features no more than 60 companies per month. Featured companies pay one tenth of the cost of a one-time fax blast for a month’s worth of investor access. This makes it possible for companies to be featured several times a year. Investors are able to follow company progress. Companies can time their announcements to coincide with Small Cap Engine appearances for maximum exposure.

All Small Cap Engine featured companies are encouraged to post an investor friendly business plan. Companies are also encouraged to offer a downloadable 30 to 60 second video describing the company and/or its products. Links to the company’s website can be included in the company’s introductory profile and the business plan.

Featured companies are invited to engage in an hour-long Q&A session each month. A company executive is invited to update the investor community on recent company events and progress, adjustments in plans, and the outlook for the coming quarters. Investors have the opportunity to e-mail questions during the session. Small Cap Engine moderators assist the executive in preparing for the Q&A session. During the Q&A interview, the moderator posts real time notices to investors informing them about how to participate by sending in questions and how much time remains in the session.

Small Cap Engine offers companies access to a website of investors for one all-inclusive price.
